Job Description
Provides 5 Star Guest Service to current and future guests, as well as, FBO partners and their guests and employees.  Develops business and retains and services clients in the specified
geographic region.

Job-Specific Expectations
  • Ensures each and every guest entering the FBO/Hotel has an exceptional experience as it relates to Go Rentals
  • Answers incoming guest telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of the rental and aviation or hospitality industry as assigned
  • Negotiates rental contracts with guests
  • Opens and closes rental contracts; ensuring all required client paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Responds to and investigates guest inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and e-mail in a timely and courteous manner
  • Assists all guests with inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner both on the telephone and in person
  • Understands and communicates information regarding Go Rentals products, services, and policies to new and existing clients
  • Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of our fleet/vehicles and insurance products
  • Utilizing Go Rentals’ proprietary rental software, performs detailed and comprehensive "Check
  • Out" and "'Check In" with guest prior to guest leaving with car and upon return to ensure that ALL damage is documented, including exterior body damage, tire and wheel damage, interior damage, fuel level and mileage at time of rental and return
  • Ensures that all cars are cleaned by the close of business to be ready for the following day's business; wash and detail vehicles as needed
  • Prepares and presents vehicles for guest rental; ensuring each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned, both interior and exterior of the vehicle to ensure vehicle maintains excellent quality standards
  • Perform pick‐up and drop‐off service for guests either renting or returning vehicles;
  • Assist in shuttle, delivery or logistics between Go Locations
  • Ensures all belongings left by a guest are taken immediately to assigned lost and found area for guest pick up, and Management is notified
  • As assigned to an FBO, is plane-side for every arrival and departure during a scheduled shift
  • Researches guests prior to their arrival and offers upgrade cars on the ramp
  • May have to also meet and greet VIP guests at other Go Rentals locations in designated market
  • Creates and builds enduring relationships with teammates, guests and FBO staff
  • Communicates with all levels of Go Rentals employees regarding inventory, availability, and preparedness for upcoming guest rentals
  • Ensures longevity of The GO Rentals Brand through ownership of relationships, follow up and follow through
  • Actively interacts with past, current and future Go guests as they are presented
  • Achieves location sales operational objectives by converting competitor rentals for guests through interactions and personalized service
  • Grows and expands guest base by building and maintaining rapport with key guests; identifying new guest opportunities; delivering exemplary guest service
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in industry opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks, overseeing and building the following:
  • Guest Services Relationship with FBO's management, CSR's and line people Relationship with every guest flying in and out
  • Know every base tenant, aviation company, charter company at your location
  • Know location competition FBO and their staff members
  • Identify and target group guests that will generate business on behalf of Go Rentals but not conflict with FBO effort
  • Utilize various prospecting resources to solicit and secure business on behalf of Go Rentals
  • Use company wide programs, sales development, prospecting projects, FBO/Hotel guest events and reporting for group business development
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals as outlined
  • Maintain and organize work area
  • Must be in proper uniform at all times when working
  • Must be ready to work at the start of scheduled shift
  • Follow lawful directions from supervisors
  • Adhere to and ensure that all activities and actions are compliant with Go Rentals Policies and Procedures
  • Understand and follow work rules and procedures
  • Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale
  • Uphold the Go Rentals' non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
  • Work evenings, weekends and holiday work hours as required
  • Other duties as directed

Essential
  • Ability to work in an airport environment with emissions and aircraft sounds.
  • Ability to and proven track record of management of guest services effectively and successfully

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License (as mandated by state and location) with good driving history is required
  • Must meet residency requirements that allow working in the United States Proof of Auto

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work individually or within a team environment

  • Ability to maintain and project professional behaviors towards guests, associates and FBO/HOTEL partners.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License (as mandated by state and location) with good driving history is required; proof of Auto Insurance/Insurability
  • Must meet residency requirements that allow working in the United States
  • High School Diploma or equivalent - 4 Year College Degree Preferred
  • Must be a self-starter and proactive

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and/or drive for up to 8 hours
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 45 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to work within an airport environment with smells and noise associated with jet craft
  • Ability to work in weather and elements and with varying degrees
  • Work between frequently alternating environments; inside and outside, sun light and office light
  • Applicant  must  possess  all  auditory, speaking and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above. The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: sitting, standing, walking, bending  and  twisting, climbing, driving, pushing and pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, typing, filing, seeing, reading and the ability ephone, calculator, copy machine and fax machine.
