Job Description
Position Summary:
The Sales Director represents jetAVIVA in the marketplace and seeks to maintain and grow client base while maintaining the highest standard of customer experience.
Sales Directors sell inventory and listed aircraft as well as brokerage and acquisition service agreements. Sales Directors are expected to be the market expert in their assigned model market segment(s). Sales Directors will develop strategy, manage inbound inquiries, and coordinate with other functional areas to ensure sales targets are achieved.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets within assigned market(s)
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the jetAVIVA value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Maintain general working knowledge of all company focused aircraft product lines
  • Understand market specific landscape and trends and adapt accordingly
  • Coordinate with Market Analyst to maintain detailed market knowledge of assigned market(s)
  • Maintain buyer, seller and aircraft data in CRM
  • Develop personal brand through print and social media consistent with job description and market
  • Participate in weekly sales calls
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record of sales achievement
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen, collaborative ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to maintain a client base through personal networks, existing relationships, organically produced leads, and leads provided by the company
  • Ability to manage personal KPIs, while meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Demonstrated proficiency to prioritize tasks and organize a workload
  • Able and willing to travel for business-related events and client meetings
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business aviation sales
  • Familiarity with Google Business Solutions and Salesforce or Zoho CRM preferred
Compensation: All Sales Directors are paid 100% commission at a rate based on their individual revenue production and also cumulative revenue production since date of hire. Manager: Sales Directors will report to the Vice President of Sales
